All shipments are FREE and insured. Delivery of products we can deliver from stock will be within 5-7 days. Delivery of products we do not have in stock is 7-12 business days. You will receive a tracking link within 24 hours so you can follow your order.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Please send the completed return form together with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not filled out completely, we cannot process the return request.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition and with labels and tags. The product must not show signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if it is suspected that the goods have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Refunds
Once we have received the product, it will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reserved. If you've done all this and you still haven't received a refund, contact our customer service team.
Terms and conditions
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Provide the return with a track and trace code (own costs).
- Send a photo of the track and trace code via email on the day of shipment.
- The return form must be printed out and included in the package.
- The product must be returned in unused condition.
- The product must be delivered in the original packaging
- The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer and therefore a damaged product sent by the customer will not be accepted.
